The peaceful setting helps you to unwind and deeply relax as you immerse yourself in the healing sound vibrations.
Perfect also for a small group mini retreat as it is fully equipped with sleeping and cooking facilities.
Individual Sound Spa
A full hour of pure bliss just for you. You will feel truly pampered and thoroughly relaxed as you immerse yourself in the exquisite healing sound vibrations.

Sound Spa for Two
A unique and individually crafted Sound Spa experience for two people.
Share this blissful time with a partner or friend. Enjoy a full hour of deep relaxation as you both embrace peace, harmony and balance.

Chakra Balancing
We are far more than just our physical bodies. The energy that sustains us flows through vortices known as chakras (literally means 'spinning wheels'). For holistic health, the 7 main chakras, which flow along the centre of the body, can easily become blocked or out of balance due to the stresses and strains of everyday life.
In this fully immersive experience, the chakras are entrained into balance using a range of sensors:
Crystal bowls made of high-quality crystal with a purity higher than 99.99%, and have been specifically crafted to emit the clear notes of the solfeggio frequencies
Lights which help with the visualization of the rays of energy at each of the chakra points
Aromas using essential oils to complement each energy system and promote relaxation
Coloured linen cloths which carry a vibrant frequency are placed over the specific chakra points
Affirmations to align the mind with the energy points

A 2-hour experience comprising a specially crafted Sound Spa journey just for you (see 'Individual Sound Spa' above for full details) and a full chakra balance (see 'Chakra Balancing' experience above for full details).
Two hours of deep peace and relaxation leave you feeling fully refreshed and in alignment.

Online Sound Spa
If you are unable to attend in person, why not have an online Sound Spa? This is conducted over Zoom and includes a sound spa and chakra balancing using tuning forks that are tuned to the ancient system of solfeggio frequencies,
Enjoy a full hour of specially crafted sounds bringing you deep peace. The sound vibrations, with their many overtones, undertones and harmonies will leave you feeling refreshed and in alignment.

Sound Spa for a Small Group
A small group session is designed for a group of 3 to 6 people. It is perfect for family or friends to relax together, or to make a special occasion, such as a birthday, extra special. Make precious memories as you share in a full hour of pure bliss.
In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we can often lose our balance and sense of calm. It's important to take the time to reset your nervous system.
This intimate sound spa is deeply soothing and helps restore your inner peace with carefully crafted sound frequencies.

Retreats & Special Events
You can book us for your retreats, sound baths and special events.
The event can be at a location of your choice, or for small groups you can book the Inner Healing Sound Spa which is equipped for sound experiences for up to 6 people and overnight stays for 4 people.
Email us with your requirements. Be sure to mention your type of event, approximate number of participants and preferred location.
